Isa the artist

As far as I can remember I always had an attraction for craftst. I like to experiment with different mediums and styles. I love drawing and painting and it's a real blessing for me to teach at my studio or during conventions. It's also very important for me to share all that creativity and publishing pattern packets as well as having my work published in different magazines as an artist allows me to do so.
I took classes with a great teacher who taught me all the basics of tole painting. I then took different seminars with some of the most renowned teachers: Joan Dixon, Mary Owens,Moe Shier , Linda Palmer, Tracy Moreau and others.
I have been teaching since 2004 and publishing my pattern packets since 2006. My first published project in a magazine was my Russian Dolls which, to my great pleasure, were reproduced by people from France and throughout Canada.
I love teaching and sharing all my tips and techniques on tole painting. My students often tell me that they like my classes because it allows them to forget about their problems as they concentrate on their projects and laugh along with other participants.
